Birthday Craft. Though the girls don't do as much crafting as they used to, Jessi is still happy to grab a paintbrush (or clay or cardboard or fabric) and make something. This time it was a butterfly decorated with wood slices -- a fun birthday gift from her grandparents.
The Home Stretch. Only two weeks of school left for Emily and Jessi! They were sad to hear that they wouldn't be returning to in-person learning before the end of the school year, but they're pushing through and looking forward to lazy summer days.

COVID-19 Shot #1. Steve and I just got our first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine today! The appointment process went smoothly and our next appointment is already booked for October. Take that, COVID! (Please go away now).
Paul Pieces Website Launch! I did it! I went ahead and created a website where I could sell some of my scroll saw projects. It took me about a month to set it all up and included some stress, headaches, and technical difficulties. There were so many decisions to make, from layout to colours to pictures and purchasing options. In the end I'm happy with how it turned out.
